Integrated Optimization of Pipe Routing and Clamp Layout for Aeroengine Using Improved MOALO

Pipe routing and clamp layout for aeroengine are NP-hard computational problems complex engineering design processes. Besides space constraints rules, there assembly between pipes clamps, which usually lead to repeatedly modifications pipe designs. In order solve the of coupling them, an integrated optimization method is proposed. To this end, MOALO (multiobjective ant lion optimizer) algorithm modified by introducing levy flight strategy improve global search performance convergence speed, it further used as a basic computation tool. The takes whole system then solves Pareto solution set pipe-clamp layouts using improved MOALO, where path, position, rotation angle selected decision variables optimized. Inspired experience, clamp-based path mechanism considering regular nodes established deal with constraint problem. proposed comprehensively considers rules realizes overall while guaranteeing clamps. Finally, some numerical computations examples conducted demonstrate feasibility effectiveness method.
